Bananas Flambe Recipe
A quick and delicious dessert featuring bananas, rum, and a bit of fire.

Main Ingredients
- 2 bananas peeled and halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoon butter
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup dark rum
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Place banana halves in the skillet and cook until golden brown.
Pour in the rum and let it warm up for a few seconds.
Carefully ignite the rum with a lighter or match. Let the flames subside.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and add vanilla extract. Serve immediately.
