Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Iceberg Lettuce cut into wedges
- 4 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing Ingredients
- ½ cup Blue Cheese crumbled
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- To taste Salt and Pepper
1. Cut the iceberg lettuce into 4 wedges.
2. Cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
3. Halve the cherry tomatoes and thinly slice the red onion.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
5. Place each lettuce wedge on a plate. Drizzle with blue cheese dressing and top with bacon, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
