Main Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 inch piece of ginger, sliced
Boil water in a small pot.
Add ginger slices and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice and honey.
Stir well and serve warm.
