Walnut Banana Bread Pudding

- 4 cups Bread, cubed preferably stale
- 2 cups Milk
- 3 Bananas, mashed ripe
- 1 cup Walnuts, chopped
- 3 Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
Add the mashed bananas and mix well.
Fold in the cubed bread and chopped walnuts until everything is well combined.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
