Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (any kind)
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Olives, sliced
  • ¼ cup Fresh basil, chopped

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and basil.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
