Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • ¼ cup Coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoon Erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, coconut cream, and erythritol until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  3. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 1 hour or until the fat bombs are solid.
  4. Remove from molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
