- 1 cup Almond flour
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Coconut sugar
- ¼ cup Coconut oil, melted
- ½ cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
