Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted coconut oil in a bowl until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
2. In a blender, combine frozen bananas, coconut milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the banana chocolate mixture into the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
4. Freeze the pie for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Let the pie sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
