Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and vegan butter until crumbly.
Add ice cold water and mix until dough forms. Roll out the dough and cut into 4 squares.
Place a peeled and cored apple in the center of each square. Fill the core with a mixture of sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Wrap the dough around each apple and place in a baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
