- 1.5 cups Gluten-Free Flour
- 1 cup Coconut Sugar
- 0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 0.5 cup Coconut Oil melted
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, coconut sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the almond milk, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
