Main Ingredients
- 8 cups water
- 6 bags black tea
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 pinch baking soda optional
1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan.
2. Remove from heat and add tea bags. Let steep for 5 minutes.
3. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until dissolved.
4. Pour tea into a pitcher and add remaining 6 cups of cold water.
5. Add a pinch of baking soda if desired for smoothness.
6. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.
