- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 2 tablespoon Erythritol or any keto-friendly sweetener
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and erythritol.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
Place the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer.
