  • 8 banana peppers large
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff the banana peppers with the meat mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
