Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the tops off the banana peppers and remove the seeds.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff the banana peppers with the meat mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and pour tomato sauce over them.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
