Spaghetti Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Fresh Tomatoes chopped
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Sugar optional
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano.
5. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Taste and adjust seasoning. Add sugar if the sauce is too acidic.
7. Serve over your favorite pasta.
