Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the peas.
  4. 4. Add a layer of sour cream over the mayonnaise.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream.
  6. 6. Add the chopped red onion, green bell pepper, and tomatoes in layers.
  7. 7. Top with crumbled bacon.
  8. 8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
