  • 2 cups Mixed greens
  • ½ cup Shelled pistachios roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup Cranberries dried
  • ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, pistachios, cranberries, and feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
