  • 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and basil.
  2. 2. Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
