- 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast, shredded
- 1 cup Low-fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Low-fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup Chicken Broth, low sodium
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cheddar cheese, mixed vegetables, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
