Instructions

  2. 2. Gradually stir in pectin and bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
  3. 3. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
  4. 4. Ladle the hot jam into hot, sterilized canning jars, leaving ¼ inch headspace. Wipe rims, apply lids, and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
