Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place small mounds of shredded cheese on the parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.
Bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute, then carefully lift and drape over a wooden spoon handle to form a taco shell shape. Let cool completely.
