Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, diced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add mushrooms, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
