Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups Pulled Pork cooked
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Mash the cauliflower with butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the pulled pork evenly in a baking dish.
  5. Top with the mashed cauliflower and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
