Low Carb Cauliflower and Pulled Pork Shepherds Pie

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 cups Pulled Pork cooked
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 10 minutes.
Mash the cauliflower with butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spread the pulled pork evenly in a baking dish.
Top with the mashed cauliflower and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
