  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, erythritol, ground cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, vanilla extract, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool before serving.
