  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 can Green Chiles, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Add shredded chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, and green chiles. Stir to combine.
  5. Season with cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  6. Let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
