  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper, diced
  • 1 medium Onion, diced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the diced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and salsa. Simmer for a few minutes.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the beef mixture, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
