  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, parmesan, heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and cover with the spinach-artichoke mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
