  • 4 lbs Pork Shoulder
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil.
  2. 2. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mix all over the pork shoulder.
  4. 4. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  5. 5. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.
  6. 6. Shred the pork using two forks and mix with the juices in the slow cooker.
