Pulled Pork Ingredients
- 4 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Rub the pork shoulder with olive oil.
2. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Rub the spice mix all over the pork shoulder.
4. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
