Keto Pork and Veggie Cauliflower Fried Rice

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1 head Cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup Bell peppers, diced
- 1 cup Broccoli, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same wok, add sesame oil and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add bell peppers and broccoli. Cook until tender.
4. Stir in riced cauliflower and soy sauce. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
5. Add the cooked pork back into the wok. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
