  • 1 cup Pecans finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the pecans until they are finely chopped.
  3. Mix the chopped pecans with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
  4. Brush the pork chops with olive oil on both sides.
  5. Press each pork chop into the pecan mixture, ensuring they are well coated on both sides.
  6. Place the pork chops on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
