Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped mushrooms and spinach. Cook until softened.
  3. Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast. Stuff with the mushroom-spinach mixture and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
