- 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 whole Lemon juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, and oregano.
