Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add the sesame oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and sriracha, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a separate pan, cook the cauliflower rice until tender.
  6. Serve the beef over the cauliflower rice, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
