Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 large Eggs beaten
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  3. 3. Dip each chicken thigh into the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. 4. Heat coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. 6. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
