Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another 30 seconds.
Add almond flour and baking powder to the cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
Add the egg and mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and shape into a loaf or desired shape.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
