- 1 cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 large Egg beaten
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
Add the beaten egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out to about ⅛ inch thickness.
Cut the dough into small squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
Transfer the parchment paper with the cut dough onto the baking sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
