Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 cups Marinara Sauce sugar-free
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, coating both sides well.
Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Top each chicken breast with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
