Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast, minced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place it in the frying pan. Flatten slightly with a spatula.
  4. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
