- 500 g Chicken Breast, minced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 pieces Eggs
- ¼ cup Almond Flour
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine minced chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and place it in the frying pan. Flatten slightly with a spatula.
Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
