Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning

Toppings

  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup Pepperoni Slices

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a pizza crust shape.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until it is golden and firm.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the pizza sauce over it. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
