  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • ½ cup Almond Flour
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Diced Ham
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, almond flour, shredded mozzarella, diced ham, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 1.5-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown.
