Keto Chicken Breast with Vegetable Ragout

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Zucchini, diced
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, diced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
In the same skillet, add the diced zucchini, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Serve the chicken breasts with the vegetable ragout on the side.
