Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  4. Arrange the broccoli, bell peppers, and zucchini around the chicken in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
