Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.25 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Chives, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the eggs into the pan and cook until they start to set.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce to one half of the omelette.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. 6. Fold the other half of the omelette over the filling and cook for another minute.
  7. 7. Slide the omelette onto a plate and garnish with chopped chives.
