Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • ¼ cup Coconut flour
  • ¼ cup Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 4 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Melted butter
  • ½ cup Warm water

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Slowly add the warm water to the mixture and continue to mix until a dough forms.
  5. Transfer the dough to a greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
