Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 bag Coleslaw mix (14 oz)
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • ¼ cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon Green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in coleslaw mix and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
