Keto Beef Egg Roll Slaw Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 bag Coleslaw mix (14 oz)
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon Green onions sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds optional
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add garlic and ginger to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Stir in coleslaw mix and soy sauce. Cook until cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Drizzle with sesame oil and top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
