  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 cup Keto Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  4. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down. Grill for about 15 minutes.
  5. Flip the chicken thighs and brush with keto barbecue sauce. Grill for another 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
  6. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
