- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 2 cups Spinach chopped
- 1 cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
