  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
  • 2 cups Spinach chopped
  • 1 cup Artichoke Hearts chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, parmesan, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
