Ingredients

  • 0.5 head cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and julienned carrot.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot, and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
