- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and lemon juice.
Add dried oregano, dried basil, minced garlic, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
Whisk until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
