- 8 pieces Chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
2. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and add olive oil.
3. Brown chicken thighs in batches, skin side down, until golden brown.
4. Remove chicken and set aside. Add a cup of water to the pot.
5. Place the trivet in the pot and arrange chicken thighs on top.
6. Lock the lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
7. Once done, perform a quick release and serve.
