Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the diced chicken breast, cook until browned.
  4. 4. Add the chopped kale, chicken broth, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Once done, release the pressure manually.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
